My car was shaking when accelerating, progressively worsening over the past 2 years. 3 mechanics could not figure it out. Lexus dealer couldn't figure it out and ultimately misdiagnosed the issue. Ken figured it out immediately. Turns out my Lexus's "lifetime" transmission oil needed changing. Once Ken did it the shaking stopped immediately! Seems so simple retrospectively. I appreciated Ken's honesty. Only issue I had is that my emails and voice messages went unanswered, so only way to reach them is to call during business hours. Otherwise I wouldn't hesitate to come here again in the future or recommend them.

Yes, I fact the worst situation. Fortunately I sent the car to repair and the mechanic told me what they need to do, meanwhile give me a quotation when they starting to repair the car.

Every time I've taken my 2012 C300 for general service to Jason and his team, I've been more than satisfied. Their work is consistently excellent, and the bill is always fair, reflecting the quality of service they provide. Since then, they have saved my wife's near-end-of-life 2008 Saturn Vue. When other mechanic shops could not find the issue, Jason and the team sure did! My young daughter is now bringing her Kia Soul to Jason and his team because they know what they are doing - and you can trust them. Great shop! Great People! I am happy to recommend them to everyone we know!

I was referred to MT Pickering location by my mechanic for my 2015 Pathfinder T Case problem. Ken and his team did a wonderful job in replacing the T Case and returned my vehicle on time as promised. Best part was when I had to take the car back for some issues indirectly related to the T Case replacement job done by MT. Ken and Chris provided the best client experience to fix these issues at no additional charge. I took my car for about a 1000 km ride recently and did not have any problems.
