I had my 2010 gti break down on me over the weekend. On Monday I began calling around to local shops and was either told they don’t service dsg transmissions or wouldn’t even be worth taking a look at saying I would have to scrap it. Then I called Mister transmission and Sanjay who was immediately helpful with next steps. Brought the car there after they had closed Monday and by Tuesday afternoon Sanjay had called me back after they had spent the morning diagnosing the car and let me know what was going to need to be done next. When I went to pick up the car he took me to it and further explained what would have to be done ensuring I left his shop fully understanding what’s going to need to be done and didn’t charge me a penny. Truly made my week better. Thank you Sanjay and the other tech at mister transmission. Keep up the good and honest work!

Great experience!! They were very kind and super accommodating to my busy work schedule offering to stay late for me to pick up my car. They explained everything in detail and never made me feel bad for not knowing anything about cars. Would absolutely recommend!!
