Paul and company at Mr transmission were extremely great to deal with! The minute I had recieved the news of a leaking transmission I called him, he took great care of my vehicles requirement to be seen asap. I broke down just outside Richmond Hill 3 days before Christmas and dropped off my broken vehicle with Gary. I was on a spiritual journey across Canada and that was where things got put on hold. Slow down is the message.Long story short folks, Gary and his men gave it back to me first week of January and I immediately headed back to Alberta. I drove 4km on a rebuilt transmission, transfer case and universal joint replacement. I drove through some of the worst conditions I have ever done before and all the time didn't even have a single worry or thought about the work that was just done cause I just knew they were professionals and I was at peace. Driving through Toronto from out of town we had transmission problems with our van. Ray at Mister Transmission was an absolute star!! After calling several places, I talked to Ray and he was very welcoming and said to bring it over and he would take a look. From the very beginning, I totally trusted his advice and he was accomodating considering our situation. He gave us the straight facts and information that we needed and truly helped us out. Too bad that we are not from the area as he would definitely be someone that I would trust with my vehicles and who would become our "go to" guy. Thanks Ray so much for your help!
