Shifter boot damaged during repair procedure. 3 of 4 mounting screws were broken due to improper removal. Was able to repair myself. Was unimpressed to get in my truck after the repair was completed and my shifter boot was very visibly damaged. When I mentioned it, I was told that my truck had arrived that way. It was an easy repair for me, but one I felt I should not have had to undertake when sending my vehicle out to a professional transmission service.
