Brought my van in on...

Brought my van in on a wednesday afternoon. Despite having called a different transmission shop, julie at the front quickly worked through the confusion and had my van test driven immediately.Turns out what the dealership had told and quoted me for was incorrect and would've had me going back to them endlessly...Options were clearly laid out, transmission was completely rebuilt and back on the road by end of the day Friday, thousands cheaper than expected.Fantastic business :)

Had them replace the clutch master cylinder and bleed the system on my 1996 Chevy k2500. Dropped the truck off the night before and had it back the next day. Very nice and professional people.

Our old truck started making...

Our old truck started making a loud noise near their shop. Glad it did. The staff were great. They put it up on the hoist and showed my husband the issues. We had some hiccups, it being an old vehicle. But the communication while they worked in it was great. We are very happy with their service. Will be back for future transmission issues with this old pickup.

Well I didn't expect the...

Well I didn't expect the amazing service I got when I went to Mr Transmission. I explained my issue to Julie at the front counter and she got a technician from the back named Mike to help me. He fixed the problem within minutes and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely return here if I need help to see Julie and Mike. Well done guys. I would recommend this location at Walker and Tecumseh to anyone.
