I went to Mister Transmission Whitby because my vehicle was showing signs that the transmission might be going. I honestly thought I was losing my transmission, but it turned out to just be a leak.From the beginning, the service was amazing. Denise who I spoke with over the phone was incredibly professional and so nice. She kept me updated throughout the process and made everything feel a lot less stressful.This was my first time going there, and my experience was honestly great. I was greeted kindly, and everyone was helpful and respectful.I would 100% recommend this place if you’re having transmission issues.Overall, it’s a solid place to take your vehicle. I’m really glad I chose them! P.S the recommendation came from Jiffy Lube.

Quick and good service. It costs an arm and a leg but I hope we saved the transmission which would've been multiple times the repair cost.

Very nice and friendly people. I had very good experience with them. It was so helpful, inspecting and identifying the transmission problem of my car, giving me suggestions. Although it was not worth to replace the transmission of my car, in future if I need to fix my car problem, I will call them and go with mister transmission Whitby if they can do the job.

100% Recommend. Denise and her expert team are absolutely amazing. They were able to get my car in and fixed super quickly and gave me a complete explanation of what was done and why. They also have amazing partnerships with other service centers in the area and offer great recommendations if you need any towing or other assistance. Best customer service I have ever experienced, cannot rate high enough.

My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle to Mister Transmission Whitby for any transmission issues. We bought a used van with transmission issues which we brought to them and not only did they successfully address the issue - but when we experienced minor issues again about 11 months and 29 days later, they honoured their 1-year warranty without any hassles and the van has been fine since. Denise at the front desk is also affable and easy to work with. Thanks to her and the team at Mister Transmission.
