I told my son that it would probably very expensive to fix and you may need to scrap the car. Denise was so understanding and made sure that only what needed to be done was done. I am SO grateful for...

I am SO grateful for the services provided by Mister Transmission in Whitby. My 2017 Nissan Murano transmission needs to be replaced, as per the dealership. The dealership cleared the error code. Mister Transmission checked the transmission and could not replicate the issues. Instead of proceeding with the dealerships recommendation, I was encouraged to continue to drive it until the error code appears again. It's been 500 km and 2 weeks, and the issue has yet to arise. We're still uncertain if its a transmission issue. I'm grateful for their honesty and will be returning if/when the problem arises again. Sincerely,Nicole~
