Very nice and friendly people. I had very good experience with them. It was so helpful, inspecting and identifying the transmission problem of my car, giving me suggestions. Although it was not worth to replace the transmission of my car, in future if I need to fix my car problem, I will call them and go with mister transmission Whitby if they can do the job.

I brought my wife's 2016 Nissan Juke in for service. Denise and her team were amazing! Fixed it quick, were completely up front and honest, and very professional! I would highly recommend Whitby Mister Transmission to anyone! Great job guys! And thank-you! Jordan Moore

They also have amazing partnerships with other service centers in the area and offer great recommendations if you need any towing or other assistance. My wife and I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle to Mister Transmission Whitby for any transmission issues. We bought a used van with transmission issues which we brought to them and not only did they successfully address the issue - but when we experienced minor issues again about 11 months and 29 days later, they honoured their 1-year warranty without any hassles and the van has been fine since. Denise at the front desk is also affable and easy to work with. Thanks to her and the team at Mister Transmission.

This is my experience with Whitby Mr. Transmission. I spoke to Denise over the phone and dropped off my 2019 Nissan to have them look at a leak. It was suggested that I bring back my vehicle to the previous repair shop so that I do not have to pay anything extra. Denise went above & beyond, their team called the other shop informing them of the problem as I do not know much about vehicle repairs/parts. Denise was soo helpful , I cannot thank her enough. When you do not know where to turn, and you come across genuine people who actually LISTEN to your concern, it means a lot. Splendid Customer Service. You are an awesome soul Denise !
