Brought in my 2014 F-150 with a transmission concern. Kris and the team were upfront about what was needed and what wasn't, and completed the repair cleanly and professionally. After 30+ days of varied driving including cold starts and extended sits, pulling trailer, city driving, the truck is shifting perfectly. Honest shop, fair price, no unnecessary upsells. We broke down in the Sault as we were traveling through -We were stranded! Mr. Transmission moved some things around to get us in. He ended up staying late on a Friday and coming in on a saturday so we would be able to head home. Great service, excellent communication and overall great place.

Best experience I've had in a shop in a long time, they were incredibly nice, explained to me the problem (worn cable, something was seized), and had my car in and out in a half hour. Absolutely incredible service, I will be telling anyone and everyone who needs transmission work to go to this Mr Transmission.

3 tries to get an appointment (Automated booking cannot be trusted, the next booking was rescheduled due to parts not in on time). I went to my dealership for another matter and asked about parts for MrT. They arrived the week before but nothing was ordered specifically for me. When I called MrT, Sara said she meant to call last week but got busy. She didn’t call me the next business day either so I recommend you call them to keep on top of things:) Other than that, service was good, fluid and filter changed, pan inspected. I dropped off my vehicle night before and it was ready after lunch the next day.

Excellent service, provided updates and were very straightforward, would go back.

Mr T is great, Ken is a solid person to take your car to, Chris is good as well.

I was recently camping north of the soo when my truck broke down ( tranny trouble ) before the truck was towed i phoned mr T and told them my problem - they said bring it in early next morn and we'll look at it - tow dropped truck off and they took it right away - couple hours later i was on my way back to my site - thanks to the Devons for all your help - great service and shop

Theses guys are awesome, I came in with my RHD car, even though it was outside their specialty they were completely honest and extremely helpful getting me to the next step after they found my issue. Owner stayed late to make sure my car was safely stored and looked at the very next morning to help me get on my way. Highly recommend this company, honestly and extra care go along way and tons of respect for these wonderful folks here!
