After thinking that my 2015 Ford Focus needed major transmission work and much to my surprise after the Vehicle Diagnostic Report Marc took the time to explain the details of the report and alas my vehicle does not need any transmission work. In these times we have to be grateful that honesty does still exist as it is far too easy to take advantage of services of this type. Thank you Marc.

Haven't even got the service done yet and giving 5 Stars! Booked a trans, transfer case, and rear diff fluid change on my old BMW. After calling a couple local shops and speaking to amateurs; mister transmission proactively came to the rescue. Other shops saying "we don't work on those cars" and "just go to the dealership" M.T. booked me in quickly and easily! God bless. Looking forward to picking up my lovely car once it's ready. I had a transmission rebuilt over a year ago, after 50,000kms (past the warranty as well), initially I was very disappointed to find that my truck was having issues again so soon, but after dealing with Mark and the other staff at Mister Transmission, they were willing to work with me within reason and cover most aspects of the service. When I first brought my truck in to Mark I was very concerned about the warranty they were providing me as I own a service vehicle that puts on a lot of Kilometres, at the time Mark assured me that they do their best to take care of their customers and when the time came for me to have some more repairs done I was very glad that even a year later Make kept his word and made sure to take care of me as he stated.
