Friendly and good service

Haven't even got the service done yet and giving 5 Stars! Booked a trans, transfer case, and rear diff fluid change on my old BMW. After calling a couple local shops and speaking to amateurs; mister transmission proactively came to the rescue. Other shops saying "we don't work on those cars" and "just go to the dealership" M.T. booked me in quickly and easily! God bless. Looking forward to picking up my lovely car once it's ready. Shoutout to Sarah and Marc for being super detail oriented and prompt.

Prompt, professional and courteous, friendly service!

I had a transmission rebuilt over a year ago, after 50,000kms (past the warranty as well), initially I was very disappointed to find that my truck was having issues again so soon, but after dealing with Mark and the other staff at Mister Transmission, they were willing to work with me within reason and cover most aspects of the service. When I first brought my truck in to Mark I was very concerned about the warranty they were providing me as I own a service vehicle that puts on a lot of Kilometres, at the time Mark assured me that they do their best to take care of their customers and when the time came for me to have some more repairs done I was very glad that even a year later Make kept his word and made sure to take care of me as he stated. If you are having issues with you transmission, talk to Mark and make sure just to be straightforward and honest with your issues as they will do the same. Thanks again to Mark and the team.

Great service

Great service and very honest! They didn’t hesitate to tell us that our car didn’t need anything but because of that specific situation could’ve easily taken advantage of the situation to make money. Will go there every time now!

Dropped our car off yesterday for an assessment - we assumed it was a transmission issue. Marc C was very accommodating and super friendly. After the assessment Marc called us to let us know that it was in fact not a transmission issue. When we picked up the car he went over the diagnostic report and it turned out to be ignition coil issues. When we asked what do we our you for that he said - nothing and that he was happy to help us identify what the actual issue was.. .11/10 Great service and an excellent experience.

I can not thank Mark Aka (Smiley) enough for helping us. We were traveling from Sault Ste Marie on,when we experienced car trouble. From the minute we walked in the door we had trust in Mark. We were put at ease. He had the car fixed in a day n a half. FANTASTIC place with FANTASTIC staff. I would recommend this business to anyone!!!! Thank you Lauri & Jim ❤️
