Right from the star, Dan was courteous, polite, and helpful. Was provided with good service multiple updates in a timely fashion, and answered the many questions I had. Looking forward to not having any issues again.

Dropped our car off yesterday...

Dropped our car off yesterday for an assessment - we assumed it was a transmission issue. Marc C was very accommodating and super friendly. After the assessment Marc called us to let us know that it was in fact not a transmission issue. When we picked up the car he went over the diagnostic report and it turned out to be ignition coil issues. When we asked what do we our you for that he said - nothing and that he was happy to help us identify what the actual issue was.. .11/10 Great service and an excellent experience.

I can not thank Mark Aka (Smiley) enough for helping us. We were traveling from Sault Ste Marie on,when we experienced car trouble. From the minute we walked in the door we had trust in Mark. We were put at ease. He had the car fixed in a day n a half. FANTASTIC place with FANTASTIC staff. I would recommend this business to anyone!!!! Thank you Lauri & Jim ❤️
