This shop is great, they worked on my daughter's 2013 focus in 2017. When Ford would not honour their warranty. It is still going strong. I was told the transmission will out live the car. Well yes. It's time for a new veh with. Worked on my 2003 F150, great work, now my 2010, once again great work. They took time to find a miss, in the truck. I'm a car guy, and know shops that do great work. Yes everyone is never happy with the work. But for me there is always two sides.

They got me in and out fast, gave me good amount of knowledge and explained to me that my transmission seems to be fine and I’m just due for a service! Good people in there definitely give it a try!

Had to get my transmission redone on my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan at 140k clicks. Sucked. My local shop quoted me a little over $8,000 for the repair. I decided to call around. Mister Transmission gave me tons of information, answered my billion questions (even before I'd committed to becoming a customer), were prompt in getting my van dealt with, and even gave me better parts than my local shop had quoted me for... all for $6,500. How they did all of that for cheaper than my first quote I do not understand (other than the fact that: They are the only transmission shop in town, and all other shops would just bring transmission rebuilds over here). 10/10 would return to in the future (but hope not to have to). Can't recommend them enough. Mark and the gang: Thank you guys for the incredible service.

Moved across country and seen a lot of shady mechanics been going here for a few times and they deserve this 5 star, very honest, knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues. Even with costs going up they are reasonably priced!! Thank you again G37

I’m very pleased with my experience at this shop! I brought my beloved Mustang here for a transmission rebuild. They were very helpful in explaining the process to me, communicating with the warranty company on my behalf, and keeping me updated on timelines without me having to ask for updates. I was delighted to pick up my vehicle and see they had gone above and beyond by washing it and putting some gas in it! All the staff I spoke to were pleasant and easy to work with. Mark took the time to explain things to me and ensured my full understanding throughout the process. I was encouraged to come back in about a week and a half for a final check up/inspection at no cost, which makes me feel even better about their confidence in their work.

I'll return to this mechanic. He is honest and straight up to the point. Awesome service!
