I had my first experience at Mister Transmission in St. Thomas, and it was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. I worked with Tyler, a skilled technician who took the time to answer all my questions. They completed the job efficiently, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this place!

Took a while, which wouldn’t have been a problem, except my life is heavily reliant on the vehicle in question. That said, I’m very happy with Mark and his team. They really pulled through within my budget and did and exceptional job of walking me through the process. Thanks so much for getting me back on the road!

I am super satisfied with their Customer service, on the note it’s awesome. I had my vehicle with squeaking sound, it needed oil change, brakes, and some suspension repair. Reasonable prices + right on time. After repair, My car drives smooth & comfy on the road, no squeaking or any other noises. Highly recommended for mechanical repairs or any fluid changes.

Vehicle was making a weird noise this morning when I started it (Saturday) & my usual mechanic is closed . I called them & was told to bring it in anytime today & they'd take a look & lemme know what it was. Brought it in & was seen immediately. Was told what the issue was & what needs to be done etc. at no charge. The gentlemen also told me that i shouldn't drive it this weekend ,which I'm thankful they did. Recommended me to a rental car company also as I had an event to get to this weekend. Thank you guys for your time & knowledge, you saved me a hefty tow bill plus some. 10/10 would recommend. Will be going back for my next oil change !

Travis is the man. Ive sent him 3 very different vehicles and he's done superb work everytime. Wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you for your honest work and respectable pricing. All wanted on the "stolen car list" and he was sure to lock them up in the shop for me, helped me sleep at night. I've seen him drive customers back to Toronto from woodstock to get their family home safe while he repairs the vehicle. Really goes out of his way in the customer service department and does qaulity work.
