Révision et entretien de la transmission

TLDR; knowledgeable, helpful, patiently answered all questions, only repaired what was deemed necessary and was agreed upon, price seemed fair. would recommend! I took my car in to be checked for transmission issues. Everyone was helpful, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. Aki personally took my car for a road test and even asked me to come along so that I could help point out the issues I was experiencing. When they lifted my car to inspect, they actually showed me the underbody of the car and pointed out what looked ok and what needed to be repaired and why. They even agreed to repair a part that was not anticipated - they ordered the part on the spot and replaced it, even though they were closing in less than 2 hours (and it was Friday). I really appreciated not having to return a second time. In my experience as a woman, I have found mechanic shops to either dismiss my concerns and questions or assume I know nothing about cars and recommend repairs that aren't necessary. Mister Transmission was the opposite. I felt respected and my concerns were taken seriously, while not taken advantage of. I will return in the future if needed and would recommend this location to anyone who asks. Thanks guys!

The staff are friendly , gave me a qoute that is very close to what I actually paid. Very accurate to what is my car’s problem and fixed it and they communicated well to what is need to be done. This place is highly recommended for all your transmission problem. Don’t think twice, the staff are very knowledgeable.

I had the transmission rebuilt on my Hummer H2 and they did a great job. The truck drives smooth now and shifts perfectly. Good service, honest people, and everything was done on time. Definitely recommend them if you need transmission work.

Took my 2017 Tacoma into this location with a suspected transmission issue... turns out I had a pinhole leak in my coolant line that was causing my truck to lose pressure and not perform so well. Aki and Sel were very responsive, transparent, and super honest. I'd take my truck back here again for any transmission related issues. I highly suggest this location as the service was done in a very timely manner! Thank you Aki & Sel/ everyone there.

We were travelling down to Toronto to catch a flight and ran into transmission issues. Called about 5 min past closing expecting to leave a message, but Aki answered and got everything arranged to be repaired while we were away on holidays.
