Chez Monsieur Transmission, nous avons accès à des équipements diagnostiques de pointe, ce qui nous permet de vous fournir rapidement des réponses exactes sur le fonctionnement de la transmission de votre véhicule. Les véhicules d’aujourd’hui sont dotés de systèmes informatisés complexes; notre technologie est capable de communiquer avec l’ordinateur de votre voiture afin de repérer précisément ce qui ne va pas.

En premier lieu, pour évaluer l’état de votre transmission, notre technicien branche l’équipement diagnostique à l’ordinateur de bord de votre véhicule. Cela produit un code indiquant où se trouve le problème. Ensuite, le véhicule est soumis à un test routier afin de nous permettre d’observer son comportement en temps réel. Bien que des évaluations plus poussées puissent s’avérer nécessaires, la technologie constitue un outil important pour déterminer où nous devons diriger nos recherches.

  • The Customer service and courtesy at this location is very good. My issue is the difference of opinion on the proper level of Transmission fluid and the method it is to be checked. This location uses a technique that is not proper and not supported by the manufacturer or other Mr. Transmission locations. My transmission was over 1.5 litres low of fluid after service as verified by the Mavis Road Mr. Transmission location.

  • Lester was the rep at Mr. Transmission that I dealt with at the Mississauga/Dixie Rd. location. Lester was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He understood my frustration and concern with the length of time and cost of the repair and did everything he could to help ease the pain. Top notch employee. Cost of the repair hurt quite a bit but again Lester helped with the entire experience. Note: the location I went to is apparently the only Corporate location (just taken over) and is going through some growing pains with concern to the technicians. On the day I was suppose to get my car back the technician on duty (the only one there) decided to take off for the day early morning so I was stuck with another day of car rental. Not Lester's fault at all. But very unprofessional to have a technician take off and leave the customer to take care of extra charges.

  • The manager was extremely helpful, the staff were curteous and prompt with the service. Overall, I had a very satisfying experience at the Dixie Rd outlet.

  • Overall Great Customer Service. They did it within a timely matter. I will be going back if I have any other issues with my car, and I will also refer any people/ family I know that has any issues with there transmission.
