I brought my Jeep Wrangler to Mister Transmission when it started having transmission issues because I wanted a second opinion before spending an astronomical amount of money and time at the dealership. From the moment I walked in, the team took the time to explain the possible causes of the problem and the available solutions. What really stood out to me wasn’t just the service itself—it was the way they communicated. They were thorough, honest, and made sure I understood everything without feeling pressured. These guys went beyond standard customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and approachable, creating an atmosphere of trust and genuine care. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical expertise with such a personal touch. I am incredibly grateful for their exceptional work and the confidence they gave me throughout the process. Hopefully, I won’t be seeing them again anytime soon—at least not for the same vehicle—but if I ever need transmission work in the future, I know exactly where I’ll be going. It was very amazing experience with "Mister Transmission" Team at 160 - Dixie Road in Mississauga specially the manager "Aki " and the customer service "Sal" and the technical man "Conroy" they are very transparent in discussing about how to fix the transmission, they show me how they will do the work. I have the Transmission issue with broken parts of my 25 years old "2002 Ford Explorer Limited V8 Engine" and they were able to fixed it, turn like a brand new. A few weeks ago I started having slipping issues with the tyranny on my 15 y/o Charger w 270,000 kms on it. Stopped in without an appointment and they professionally diagnosed the problem quickly. They recommended a new hose and tcm plate. When I told Aki the car also needed tires and front end work and I didn't want to put a lot of money into the car, he didn't push to replace the parts, didn't try to scare me into having work done immediately. He understood what I said and they cleaned the plate, did a tyranny service, fixed the leak, and got me back on the road in good time at a reasonable cost. No problems since. The whole team from the front desk, to the guys in the shop were also very professional. That's why I'll always go to Mr Transmission Dixie Rd when I have transmission issues in the future and I recommend them to anyone e lse. Thanks guys!

TLDR; knowledgeable, helpful, patiently answered all questions, only repaired what was deemed necessary and was agreed upon, price seemed fair. would recommend! I took my car in to be checked for transmission issues. Everyone was helpful, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. Aki personally took my car for a road test and even asked me to come along so that I could help point out the issues I was experiencing. When they lifted my car to inspect, they actually showed me the underbody of the car and pointed out what looked ok and what needed to be repaired and why. They even agreed to repair a part that was not anticipated - they ordered the part on the spot and replaced it, even though they were closing in less than 2 hours (and it was Friday). I really appreciated not having to return a second time. In my experience as a woman, I have found mechanic shops to either dismiss my concerns and questions or assume I know nothing about cars and recommend repairs that aren't necessary. Mister Transmission was the opposite. I felt respected and my concerns were taken seriously, while not taken advantage of. I will return in the future if needed and would recommend this location to anyone who asks. Thanks guys!
