Very friendly and welcoming service. Not super happy with repaired transmission, but it is Dodge Grand Caravan general issue I guess.

Our transmission in our bucket truck failed while working on a site. We called a tow truck who wanted over $1000 to tow us to Mr. Transmission at 50 Don Park, Markham (about 15kms away). We called Ken at Mr. Transmission who arranged a tow for us for only $395. Once he assessed that we required a rebuild for our transmission and gave us a quotation which was very acceptable. Mr. Transmission did the work, on - time and on budget, even though there was an issue with moving our PTO unit for the truck and seized bolts from the undercarriage and frame. Once completed, our truck ran perfectly, we had an issue whereby it wouldn\'t start the 2nd day after we picked up the truck, Ken from Mr. Transmission promptly came to our shop, started the truck and took it in to service the starting motor connection points which were corroded, at no charge. Mr. Transmission at the Markham location surely justified our confidence in trusting a professional with servicing our vehicles. Ken looked after about 5 of our transmissions over the years and it is always a pleasure to deal with him, and get excellent workmanship with an honest price. Thanking you very much. Rick
Very professional, timely in the repair, very reasonably priced.
After making a phone to the shop, Ken was able to get my car out for a test drive and get it up on the hoist to investigate the issue. Parts were ordered and the repairs were completed the next day. Excellent customer service and communication. Quality work performed in a tidy shop.
