Great experience with Ken. He came for a quick test drive and diagnosed it's not transmission and an engine issue. Highly recommended for any issues with transmission.

Very Professional and Honest place.

Ken was literally our HERO, and he is an amazing mechanic to work with! We originally took our car to a dealership as we were hearing some high pitch noise. The dealership did a diagnosis and told us that there is something wrong with our transmission. They roughly quoted us over $10k for fixing the issue. They also suggested to look into buying a new vehicle. Since we couldn’t believe what we heard at the dealership, we decided to get a second opinion from Mister Transmission. Ken took our car in right away. He took the car for a test drive to find out where exactly the noise was coming from. At the end of a thorough diagnosis, he figured out that it was just a back wheel that was making the noise. After Ken and his team fixed the problem, the noise disappeared immediately and the car has been working just fine ever since (two weeks now). He also called me a couple of days after the repair to check on the car and make sure all was okay. He truly saved us many thousands of dollars!!!!

My car was shaking when accelerating, progressively worsening over the past 2 years. 3 mechanics could not figure it out. Lexus dealer couldn't figure it out and ultimately misdiagnosed the issue. Ken figured it out immediately. Turns out my Lexus's "lifetime" transmission oil needed changing. Once Ken did it the shaking stopped immediately! Seems so simple retrospectively. I appreciated Ken's honesty. Only issue I had is that my emails and voice messages went unanswered, so only way to reach them is to call during business hours. Otherwise I wouldn't hesitate to come here again in the future or recommend them.

I almost fell off of my chair when Mitsubishi Newmarket told me a needed a completely new clutch assembly ($3K+) when we took it in for an oil change. The clutch went soft that morning, but never any slippage. I called Mister Transmission in Markham and happened to speak with Ken. His kind mannerism and knowledge on the subject made me bring it in to him for a second opinion. The clutch had lost pressure due to a faulty Master Cylinder. It was still an expensive repair, but only 1/3 of the cost quoted from Mitsubishi. It is this kind of honesty the industry needs. Thank you Ken!

Ken was very helpful and took the time to evaluate the Coolant leak/Issue. He replaced faulty plastic clamps with metal and the tank pressure cap. He test drove and evaluated after to make sure solved the problem He tried to save some money on the overall repair as usual. I have been before and will return again for regular service as well.

Ken is amazing!!! I went to him after Hyundai told me I needed my transmission replaced and tried to charge me over $7000, Ken took one spin in my car and told me my transmission was fine and it was probably spark plugs that needed to be replaced or cleaned.. he sent me to Midas and what do you know car is running smoothly again! Thank you Ken for saving me money and being so helpful and honest!!!
