    I had been to other shops before coming to Mr. Transmission, and every time I got upsold on expensive services that did absolutely nothing for my car. It was frustrating and costly. Ken was completely different. He quickly diagnosed the real issue, changed the transfer case oil, and now my car runs incredibly smooth — night and day difference. No pressure, no nonsense, just honest, quality service. If you want someone who actually knows what they're doing and won't waste your money, this is the place. Highly recommend!

    An honest garage that I would recommend to anyone.Had a safety issue that needed to be addressed quickly. I was able to bring my car in the same day I called and had the pleasure of dealing with Ken.He went above and beyond, diagnosing the problem quickly, providing updates, checking in to see if I was OK with the work that was needed, and following up afterwards to make sure there were no issues.

    I took my car (2019 Dodge Caravan) on a Tuesday a they were very courteous and they were able to turn it around by the following day. I was also provided with a guarantee of a warrantee for 1 year and was told if I do run into any problems they will honor their services with no charge. The team was very friendly. I highly recommend

    This location was recommended to me by someone I trust completely. That was a good start. The owner, Ken, personally attended to my transmission shifting problems with expertise and insight. He listened attentively, assessed things quickly, did only what was needed, and I was on my way much faster than I ever imagined. And for a fabulous price. Was an all-round exceptional experience, and I give them the highest recommendation -- even though it was a greater distance to visit this shop than one close to my home. Very trustworthy.     Ken is an honest, stand-up guy. I brought in my 2008 Land Rover not knowing who to trust, and he took me under his wing. He fixed the issue, saved me money, and even went the extra mile by checking oil levels in spots most wouldn’t bother with. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work.
