Shuttle or Rental Car

I had a "check engine" light on my Kia Sportage 2019 Model. I went to Mister Transmission in Maple Ridge on the recommendation of a collegue, From the time I entered the business till I left, they really made me feel cared for.. The manager Kyle is an amazing guy with so much knowledge. He explained me everything step by step. I had the best experience dealing with Mister Transmission. Highly recommend.

Had my check engine light on for a few weeks and finally decided to get it checked out. Since I only have one car, I really couldn’t afford to leave it at a shop for days. After calling around to a few places, no one was willing to even run diagnostics the same day. I called Mister Transmission in Maple Ridge and spoke with the owner, Sunny. After I explained my situation, he was very understanding and offered to at least run a quick diagnostic while I waited, so I could decide whether to leave the car or come back another day. When I arrived, Kyle greeted me and immediately got the car in for testing. He was polite and professional, walked me through the diagnostic results, and showed me the two main error codes — one related to the Mass Air Flow Sensor and another to the Battery Temperature Sensor. They didn’t have the battery temperature sensor in stock for my Nissan Sentra, but Kyle took the time to call around to different parts stores to find pricing and availability. Since the part couldn’t be sourced that same day, he even suggested a simple DIY cleaning of Temperature and Mass Air Flow Sensor so I could try it myself instead of paying for something unnecessary. There was absolutely no pressure to leave the car or agree to any extra repairs. Kyle even topped up the air in all my tires before I left and didn’t charge me for the diagnostics. Overall, both Sunny and Kyle came across as knowledgeable, honest, and respectful of my time. I’ll definitely be returning here when the part comes in or for any future work on my car.

They did a great job working with my car, and make it ready as quickly as possible. And at the same time, they provide me the loaner car. And fix the in a timely manner. Transmission is working great after the rebuild, and the good thing is that they cover nation wide for the warranty. Kyle and the other team members really understand the issue and make it really worth it for me. Highly recommended to everyone. Thanks again for your honest advice and service.

My F150 has some clunking into gears, off and on. Ford dealership in Abbotsford charged me $ 450 and told me I needed a new transmission that was gonna cost 12,000 . Went to Benz and they were HONEST and told me that my transmission did not need to be repaired yet. FOR FREE. Shout out to these guys. Wish I had gone here first.

I was having transmission issues with my Mazda. They called me back right away with all the info and a price. I didn't get the work done as it would be more than the cost of the vehicle. They were awesome and didn't push me one way or the other. I would definitely come back in the future if I need work done.

Brought my 06 mitsu lancer in with a 4th gear popout and slipping clutch, a mechanic took the car out for a test drive and diagnostic free of charge and the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of me with part sourcing and extremely good pricing. Five business days (realistically just 3 as they had to wait for some parts to arrive), a swapped transmission and new clutch later, and now she goes through all the gears perfectly, absolutely no issuesHighly recommend, you can't beat the price to workmanship you get here, mechanics we're super chill and very qualified, everyone there takes pride in their work and they should, very impressed 👍
