The team at Mister transmission was an absolute dream. When my car acted up as I driving into town on a Friday, I got pretty nervous since so many shops are closed on the weekend. Janice was so sweet and calm and got me in for a diagnosis right before they closed. Rob diagnosed it right away and stayed late, had the parts rushed over, and replaced them. Soooo grateful for their help; they saved me a very expensive week of hotels / rides to get it all sorted! Lifesavers!

Wonderful prompt, professional, and friendly service! Janice and Rob kept me carefully up to date on the diagnosis and repair, which was completed days ahead of schedule.

Had the unfortunate diagnosis of a failing transmission on my 2013 Escape with 180,000 kms. They suggested I get the engine compression and cylinder leakage tested to determine if the engine was solid enough to warrant the expense of a rebuilt transmission. Blue book on the vehicle is only about $5000. An new vehicle would cost a lot more than that nd I have looked after this vehicle meticulously so I would like to keep it. If the engine checks out I will return to Mr. Transmission to get the rebuild done.

GREAT TURN AROUND TIME

Shawna and Dave are awesome! My firebird decided to throw a code for transmission issue, turned out more serious than the guys said in the firebird forums...my luck, it needed a full rebuild. Got it done within a week and grabbing it tomorrow! Will definitely recommend them to anyone, just hoping i don't have to use them again Lol 🤣

Super great help yesterday both Shawna and Dave. I was sent from Canadian Tire to Mister Transmission to have my Transmission checked and they checked and it was fine. (No appointment and no charge) It turned out some work I had had done at Canadian Tire may have had a defective part installed, so now setting up a new appointment with them to correct the issue. Canadian Tire South side calling to set the appointment up for me.

I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality service, through evaluating, and timely responses! Upon calling for an concern reguarding my 2006 Yaris. Janice was exceptionally kind and informative, allowing my car to be taken in within a time frame that was excellent. She informed me about what their technicians would be doing upon given a diagnosis. Whilst having their technicians test drive my car and doing an inspection of my area of concern. As a first-time car owner, they reassured me throughout the entire process. Explaining everything along the way, I knew I could trust them given their transparency and willingness to answer questions. Upon picking my car up today, they allowed me to take a test drive with their technician Rob! He was amazing at answering many questions in a way that educated me ! Thank you Rob for giving that extra reassurance for my car! The owners Shawna and Dave are exceptionally personable and evidently passionate about their business. I'm exceptionally greatful for the time everyone took to help me in a stressful time. 100% recommended giving your business to this wonderful team!
