If you are as lucky as I, you will be helped by a lovely woman named Janice, and rest assured, you're in good hands. I needed a transmission rebuild and through out what often is a hard experience I found peace and solace knowing that there is a friendly team inside with an abundance of experience and dedication. Great experience, when you are in trouble. My truck was broken and they fixed it on time , fair price and amazing staff (janice) . Recomendable

My husband and I had such an amazing customer service experience at Mr. Transmission! I found out that I was in need of a new transmission (first diagnosed at a dealership service department), and the quote they have me was 25 grand for a new transmission. 🤯 I was completely distraught as there was no way I could justify paying that. We went to Mr. Transmission and they were so incredible. The diagnosis fee was affordable and they were able to offer an option to get a refurbished transmission for a good price. The quote estimation for everything even ended up being lower then what they originally quoted us. I was so happy with the outcome, as I was very worried I was going to have get rid of my vehicle. Thanks again for everything! Highly recommend this wonderful local company!

Mister transmission was absolutely amazing to work with. I was freaking out and stressed knowing how expensive a transmission issue can be. I was referred from my mechanic for transmission issues and from the beginning of the referral, I was informed of everything that was going on and what they were doing. They were amazing to answer my questions and concerns and were very patient with me while I was able to work out a payment. The lady at the front desk was amazing and so professional and wonderful to talk to. They were able to get my jeep in very quickly and diagnosed. Once they Started the repair. It was so fast. Thank you so much for getting my vehicle back on the road so quickly. I highly recommend them for any transmission service or repair. Just an all around amazing experience.
