What is Honda Manual Transmissions?
A Manual transmission (AKA stick-shift, manual gearbox or standard transmission) is a type of transmission in which the driver is responsible for shifting gears by using the clutch and gas pedals.
The ‘gearbox’ is the second stage in the transmission system, after the clutch. It is usually bolted to the rear of the engine, with the clutch between them.
Most cars today with manual transmissions have five or six different forward gear ratios, however, manual transmissions can have anywhere from three to seven gears, depending on the year the vehicle was made.
