So far...so good...it's only been one day since picking up my van. Was impressed with the way I was treated and hopefully everything will be good again.
Being stranded out of town, I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the service. The technician Jason, was wiling to work with me and made sure that I understood all the work being done. The shop was even willing to accept a used transmission I had brought in, and accommodated that without any hassle. If I ever get stranded on vacation again, I hope it's within range of Mr. Transmission.
