This is the second transmission rebuild by Coquitlam shop. First one I had no issues and this one, although to date it only has 100 km on it I have no doubt on the reliability. Great service from Frank and his crew. Hard to find this kind of workmanship anymore.

I had a minor repair to me transmission/ transfer case on my Nissan Frontier 4x4 at the Coquitlam location. The service tech that took my truck for a test drive was professional and courteous. Frank Matchett, the owner/manager was also professional and courteous as well. The repair was done quickly and as promised. I would recommend Frank and his staff to anyone needing transmission or mechanical work on their vehicle.

Great service! My car was fixed before their approximation date. The customer service was what truly made It easier. Losing your car for sometime, especially when you rely on It so much, Is very frustrating. Mr. Transmission understood that and went above and beyond to get the done correctly and as fast as possible. Thanks Mr. Transmission

Pressure to upsale and repair front brakes at the same time. Brakes were already evaluated and different rating than Mr. Transmission. I trusted evaluation from Kal tire and communicated this to Mr. Transmission, Coquitlam. Got 2nd evaluation from Kal Tire after "upsale" incident and again was correct as 1st time. I do not appreciate such pressure and we had already paid close to 3,000 to repair transmission.
