Fair, honest service, I was advised that a solution to a problem was not as serious as originally thought and thus much less expensive.

The staff at Coquitlam Mr. Transmission were very knowledgable. The tech physically took the time to show me what parts caused them to fail and discussed potential driving scenarios leading to the transmission failure. The customer service was warm, friendly and fair. The transmission tech presented me with all my options and was keen on choosing the most affordable and financially sound solution. They provided a warranty for their labour and most of all peace of mind that the job was done right the first time.
