Nice service, polite, good communication with customers. Hourly labor cost on the high side.

Brought in my truck on a Monday for a new transmission swap, and was told that it would be done on Wednesday.. Well I received a call from Mr Transmission onTuesday mid afternoon telling that my truck was ready. I couldn\'t be happier as I use that truck for commercial delivery and waiting another day would\'ve made it worse due to lost wages.. Very pleased with the service and Profesionalism they provide!

I had a concern about my transmission. The staff test drove it and scanned it. I was so pleased with the honesty and efficiency. They told me it didn't need fixing after a dealership had tried to make it appear that there was a problem. I will go back when I actually do need transmission work done.
