Chris was incredibly helpful from the beginning to the end. When I called looking for a quote he talked to me directly and answered my questions with what his suggestions were. This was very different from 2 other places I called to price check. His quote was also half the price of an other places I called. I appreciate their timing at making this happen and all the ways they communicated around these repairs. It was helpful for me to know what was going on and how to plan while my vehicle was in the shop. Grateful for what you guys did!

The expertise and time that Chris/Dawn provided us in making the decision to repair my vehicle at $8000.00 cost gave us the comfort to proceed. We were unable to get into the city for a couple of days in a snow storm and they offered us no hassle to leave the vehicle there and pay once we were able to drive in and discuss the repairs and pick the vehicle up. Excellent customer service.

These guys were quick and seem to know their trade. My cars problems a are still a sort of mystery, but they gave me enough peace of mind to keep tracking on. Did more digging than some other shops, so thanks!

Called to get some information about a problem I had with my truck, great customer service even though I was not a customer. Very helpful give me step-by-step Instructions on how to deal with my problem, helpful hints and tricks. In the future if I have any transmission issues they are the transmission shop I will be going to and recommending to everyone. Thanks again to everyone at Mister transmission.
