Brought my car in to get a new clutch. Service was very quick and professional, answered all my questions, and gave a much better price than the dealership. Car is driving very well, like new again. Alistair and Bryan were very accommodating and informative.

Customer service was exceptional, especially the free diagnosis. Alistair was excellent and very knowledgeable at explaining my transmission issue in detail and providing a breakdown of the problem for my vehicle in specific. Transmissions are an unfortunate expensive repair, but I was pleased with the results and my vehicle’s improved performance. My vehicle ended up being a two day fix. I highly recommend visiting Mister Transmission in Burlington instead of taking your vehicle to a dealership that will double the cost of a minor repair, just to have thicker pocket change.

Although no one wants costly transmission problems, I was very pleased with my dealings with Mr Transmission. From the moment I dropped the car off until it was ready for pickup, I was kept informed on the diagnosis and repair status. I felt confident that my vehicles issues were being addressed properly. I spoke with Alistair on Friday, and he had my vehicle in already for Monday morning. He took his time to explain exactly what needed to be done in terms of diagnosing the vehicle with a scanner, and from this, determine the issues I was having. Once diagnosed, the repairs began. The vehicle runs beautiful now with a complete overhauled transmission. I am very happy with the experience.

These guys are the best. They were incredibly communicative, keeping me updated on every step. They dealt with my warranty provider for me, making sure I had the most coverage possible. On top of being generally good people, their work is also top notch. I highly recommend!

Brought my Honda Fit in for a clutch replacement, and they got it done quickly. Brian and Allen were both super helpful in the process.

Great place! Alistair looked at my car the day I called and had it back to me fast. Turned out only to be a faulty sensor so the repair was cheap as well. Didn’t try to do any unnecessary work. I would completely trust them in the future.

I called Mister Transmission on Wednesday and spoke to Brian, and he was able to see me for an appointment within one day! Had a very pleasant conversation with him over the phone, and he basically walked me through quite a bit of information about my car/transmission ect. Brian took my car in for their free roadtest/computer diagnostic and I received a call back very quick, about an hour or so! Preparing myself for some bad, I was shocked to hear the prelim diagnosis! Brain recommended that I do some prelim maintenance with regards to my fuel injectors which may be causing some shudder in my car. As many people know, anytime you take something for an inspection or service you expect them to find something to charge you for. Not here for my case. Brian seems like an honest man and confirmed my first impressions on him over the phone. I am very satisfied with my service so far and would recommend Mister Transmission to anyone I know and hope the owners and management know they are lucky to have Brian there for them!
