Mister Transmission and particularly Brian, who my neighbour also had a great experience with, saved me significant financial commitments after my trusted dealer came very close to convincing me that my transmission could never be fixed and my only alternative was a another much newer car from them.

I Thought I had a problem with my transmission. I dropped off my buick verano and Alister check it out and said there wasn't anything wrong with the transmission. He believed it to be the cv axle. He was right and he could have taken me for a ride. Very honest shop and would recommend.

The transmission of our Honda...

The transmission of our Honda Fit died suddenly without warning. We took it to a different shop that charged us a diagnostic fee only to tell us they didn't want to work on it. I had it towed to Mr. Transmission in Burlington and from the first phone call with Alistair, I knew I was in very competent hands. They worked quickly on the job and had it done a day earlier than promised. Alistair kept us in the loop along the way and did a great job of explaining what went wrong and what steps needed to be taken.

Customer service was exceptional, especially the free diagnosis. Alistair was excellent and very knowledgeable at explaining my transmission issue in detail and providing a breakdown of the problem for my vehicle in specific. Transmissions are an unfortunate expensive repair, but I was pleased with the results and my vehicle’s improved performance. My vehicle ended up being a two day fix. I highly recommend visiting Mister Transmission in Burlington instead of taking your vehicle to a dealership that will double the cost of a minor repair, just to have thicker pocket change.

Although no one wants costly transmission problems, I was very pleased with my dealings with Mr Transmission. From the moment I dropped the car off until it was ready for pickup, I was kept informed on the diagnosis and repair status. I felt confident that my vehicles issues were being addressed properly. Having a full year warranty on the work completed also provides peace of mind. If your transmission is acting up I would definitely recommend the team at Burlington Mr Transmission.

I spoke with Alistair on...

I spoke with Alistair on Friday, and he had my vehicle in already for Monday morning. He took his time to explain exactly what needed to be done in terms of diagnosing the vehicle with a scanner, and from this, determine the issues I was having. Once diagnosed, the repairs began. The vehicle runs beautiful now with a complete overhauled transmission. I am very happy with the experience.
