Very thorough and helpful. I thought I had a transmission issue, but they did an exhaustive test drive and diagnostics and reported that there was no issue. There was no charge for this. They suggested I see a mechanic and even recommended one to me. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received here and would recommend them to anyone.

I’m so happy I brought my truck to Mister Transmission. Luke was very helpful and honest in letting me know that my transmission was in 100% working order and didn’t need any repairs or a rebuild. The diagnosis was free and very detailed, which gave me real peace of mind. It’s refreshing to see there are still honest people in the industry — another shop could have easily charged me for a rebuild I didn’t need. I highly recommend this location for all your transmission needs!

I had a great experience at this location of Mister Transmission. Around a month ago I brought my 2013 VW Jetta in since it was having what I initially thought was transmission/clutch related issues. They took an in-depth look at it and found out it was a different problem related with the engine. They didn't charge me at all for checking even though I insisted especially since they were super busy which I fully appreciate!

Went into Mister Transmission for issues with my Mercedes and was greeted by Brian Reid. He was absolutely phenomenal—knowledgeable, patient, and very understanding. When explaining what was going on with my car, he broke everything down clearly without making it confusing. He never over-promised anything, was fair in his pricing, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. Communication was a breeze Brian kept me updated at every step. Now my car runs as if it’s brand new, and to top it off, Mister Transmission even cleaned it for me. I left with complete confidence that my car was in the right hands. THANK YOU BRIAN FOR EVERYTHING!!! :)

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with both Luke and Brian this morning (July 14th). They were both very professional and upfront about the process and timelines. Brian test drove and diagnosed my husband's vehicle and was very honest and transparent with his findings. We greatly appreciate his time, knowledge, and expertise, and we are very satisfied with our experience!!!

Just had work done on my car at this location.It took a little bit longer than expected, but they did a fantastic job. I was hesitant about the performance in the beginning because of the customer service but then again they are a transmission shopLuke and Brian kept me updated on the progress when needed finally picked up the car.Everything is good so far would recommend these guys 100%.

Had a problem with my transmission on my 2014 Ford focus. Took it to mister transmission did I ever pick the right place. From Brian on down a very professional operation. They kept me updated from the start to the finish. There were no surprises at all everything was done as stated and was kept up to date on the price and what needed to be done. Would highly recommend using these guys for any transmission issues.
