Just had work done on my car at this location.It took a little bit longer than expected, but they did a fantastic job. I was hesitant about the performance in the beginning because of the customer service but then again they are a transmission shopLuke and Brian kept me updated on the progress when needed finally picked up the car.Everything is good so far would recommend these guys 100%.

Had a problem with my transmission on my 2014 Ford focus. Took it to mister transmission did I ever pick the right place. From Brian on down a very professional operation. They kept me updated from the start to the finish. There were no surprises at all everything was done as stated and was kept up to date on the price and what needed to be done. Would highly recommend using these guys for any transmission issues.

We have brought our problematic 2016 Nissan Altima here twice now with transmission issues. The customer service is excellent and they seem to have the client's best interest in mind. Luke and the team are knowledgeable, professional and honest. They have been transparent and communicative with the issues, expectations and timelines. Pricing is fair, especially compared to the dealership who gave ridiculous quotes. So far we have had a great experience and are satisfied - thanks for keeping our car running!

Luke is a nice guy

I am fearful of transmission problems as they are usually very costly. I took my Jeep Cherokee to Luke's shop on Kennedy Road South. He took it for a test drive, ran diagnostics and checked the transmission fluid. He agreed that there was a hesitation when shifting out of first and second gears but noted that it gets better when it warms up. Diagnostics revealed an error code which was out of his scope as it was not a transmission issue. The fluid was good and he suggested that I take it to another shop to address the error code and bring the car back and he will have another look at it. When I asked how much for his services, no cost at all to me. Thank you Luke...I really appreciate your honesty and you truly are an ambassador for Mr. Transmission!

Luke was honest about the diagnosis of my vehicle. No transmission issue, but recommends I see a mechanic he uses so they can check my engine. A big thanks to the technician who took care of my suv.
