It was a good experience. Since the beginning they offered me to move my car from the location it was to the shop, and the revision of the car, both services at no cost. As soon as they reviewed the car, I was told what the car had, how much will cost to repair it, how much will be the worst-case scenario and what I can expect. I noticed that they knew what they were talking about. They call me to keep me posted about the advances of the repair. Because they could not deliver the car the day I was expecting, they provide me with a courtesy car. Excellent service. Jessy is an amazing customer service guy. Very respectful and collaborative.
