Mister Transmission Team

We needed a new transmission and brought out vehicle to Mr. Transmission because they do the diagnosis for free. Julie was great to work with, very friendly and great communication along the way. We got a rebuilt transmission for a fair price and would recommend Mr. Transmission to anyone needing transmission work.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Mister Transmission. They rebuilt the transmission on my Lincoln, and it’s been running flawlessly ever since—fantastic workmanship. On top of that, they took the time to thoroughly inspect my Pontiac G5 on two separate occasions to help diagnose a tricky issue. When it turned out to be an electrical problem beyond their scope, they were completely honest and referred me to a great wiring specialist rather than running up my bill. A special shoutout to Julie at the front desk—she is always so welcoming, kind, and helpful. Honest, skilled, and customer-focused service is hard to come by, but this shop nails it. Highly recommend!

Finally got relief of my transmission problem..Took my 2011 buick Lucerne in for a diagnosis for shifting problems after yrs of odd shifting problems and replacing speed sensors and dealer ignorance.. After speaking with an understanding lady Julie, she got me in for examination of what it was doing.. Well they told me the Good news that it wasn't the transmission and that they recommended a troubleshooter at ( Matt) at MVM Labs Automotive Services which eventually found a broken wire to the speed sensor.. Its great to know that Windsor still has honest and knowledgeable people to take care of these automotive repairs.. Thanks again Julie and with the company you represent. Oh and I forgot, they didn't even charge me for diagnosis.Everyone that has transmission issues would be wise to consider this company
