This was my first time coming here and also my first time dealing with a transmission problem. I brought my Mazda CX-5 in because it was having trouble shifting into 4th and 5th gear. After they checked the car, they explained that there was a problem with the sprag inside the transmission. Since I’ve never had a transmission problem before, I really didn’t know much about it or what I should do. I really appreciate how patient the staff were with me. They didn’t just tell me right away that I needed to rebuild the whole transmission or pressure me into spending money. Instead, they gave me different options and took their time explaining the pros and cons of each one. I asked a lot of questions, and everyone was very nice and willing to explain things to me. They made sure I understood what was happening with my car before I made any decision. I could tell they were actually trying to help me figure out what made the most sense instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive option. In the end, I decided to rebuild the transmission. I also got my engine oil changed, transmission fluid changed, and some other work done. They gave me a pretty good deal for doing everything together, which I really appreciated. What stood out to me the most was definitely the staff. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, patient, and thoughtful. Whenever I had a question or concern, they tried their best to help me. Having transmission problems for the first time can be pretty stressful, but they made the whole experience a lot easier for me. Overall, I had a really good experience here. If I ever have another transmission problem, I would definitely come back. This is a place where I feel comfortable leaving my car and trusting the people working on it. Definitely recommend them if you’re having transmission issues.

The service at the front desk was second to none. The repair to the transmission was done in a timely fashion. The price was great and she runs like new.

It sucks when your car needs work. It DOESN’T suck when you find a shop that takes the time to find and actually fix the problem. I felt respected and heard during the process. Highly recommend these guys to fix your transmission.

I selected this location of Mister Transmission because it is relatively straightforward for me to get back home on TTC, after dropping off my vehicle. Mohammed was very calm and methodical. All the work needed was explained to me. They seem to have a strong customer-service focus.

Good service, good quality

Very good experience with these guys. My wife called me in panic: she's got flat tire. She was almost crying when she found Mr. Transmission nearby. Guys exchanged flat tire with spare at no charge. She stopped crying and everybody happy now. Thanks a lot Mohamed and Shri!
