Aki...VERY informative and personable Followed up by going for a. free transmission assessment with John. I am not known for praising people....but John was flat out exceptional! My ONLY complaint is I can't get ANYWHERE NEAR this level of service at most businesses these days. The service I got at Mr. Transmission on the queensway is the same service I gave customersc when I was a mechanic....and why they followed me around! Until I met John...I thought that level of service had gone extinct! Overjoyed to know it still exists!

They take ownership of their customers. I employed this shop to rebuild the transmission on my 2016 Yukon XL. It took them 1 week longer than estimated but I could see they were dealing with a high demand. After I picked it up, there was a strong odour of exhaust fumes in the vehicle. When I brought it back they took full ownership of the problem but told me to make an appointment with their other shop on Dixie Road. I took it there and waited 4 hours for while the issue was fixed. I have now put ~ 7000km on the vehicle through a combination of mountainous and city driving and the transmission has performed fine though I think it is shifting a bit harder than before. I had another exhaust problem and they agreed to make an assessment on short notice. Though it wasn't their problem, they facilitated an urgent repair.
