Efficiency, honesty, professionalism

Joe was exceptional! He ssisted with trying to find the issue I thought I was experiencing and although all avenues lead to no issues (great for me) they were still able to complete a transmission oil change per the maintenance schedule very quickly. My husband also swears by this location and will only recommend this location to others. I will definitely be back with my other car to get maintenance done. Thank you for a great experience.

The staff here are incredible Always take the time to explain what's going on, present and explain multiple options available and steer you in the right direction...all while saving you lots of money. Strongly recommend

Hands down the best transmission shop around. The owner, Joe is very honest and will take the time to look and explain any problems. Fair price for quality work by his team. Trust nobody else. Worth driving up from downtown too. Get your car back on the road.

I brought my car there for the first time and was treated as if I were a repeat customer. Extremely helpful and transparent for the work my car needed. I have taken my car elsewhere for work to be completed, and Giuliano understood and even prompted me to ask specific questions for the rebuild of my transmission with another garage.I highly recommend their services and staff. My own mechanic charged me to inform me of the problem, ($150.00) but Giuliano did not charge me at all to provide details of the work required on my car and he provided me with an accurate quote for the work.Thank you so much, Giuliano. I wish more places were as honest as you.

Going there for years now, always there when I need them, top notch problem detecting and solving, always willing to put extra effort to explain what's wrong, done when they said it will be, never had any problem of the kind after repair, and every time more than fair with the price. The shop is pretty far from where I am living, but I will never get the same service anywhere else.
