My vehicle was kept for nearly 2 weeks, and communication was poor throughout the process. I often had to follow up myself for updates, and response times were slow. The repair was expensive, and warranty coverage was unclear due to additional issues only explained afterward. Overall, this was a frustrating experience.

Had some clutch issues. Explained...

Had some clutch issues. Explained the issues to Joe and he just had me pump the clutch a few times while he looked under the hood and it turns out to be just air in the hydraulic system. He could have given me the dealer treatment and charged me for diagnostic fees and shop time but he didn’t. He took me for a quick drive around to make sure it’s working and sent me on my way. That’s the kind of place this is. Honest people. Will come back (hopefully not) but if I ever have any transmission issues, this is where I’ll go. Highly recommended.

Joe was exceptional! He ssisted with trying to find the issue I thought I was experiencing and although all avenues lead to no issues (great for me) they were still able to complete a transmission oil change per the maintenance schedule very quickly. My husband also swears by this location and will only recommend this location to others. I will definitely be back with my other car to get maintenance done. Thank you for a great experience.
