The Sarnia mister Transmission staff was fantastic, greet me by name with a smile when I walked in. Even had the snow cleaned off my car ready for me. Honest far better then the dealership was. My car is running awesome now. Didn’t take long for them to diagnose contact us then do the repairs. Thank you for your help. I will continue to a customer.

Came in from out of town took my diesel truck in cause I was feeling first gear slip abit. Was there over an hour, they looked pretty busy. He took me on right away, plugged in scanner took truck for two different rides to see what was going on didn't find anything. Explained everything I should watch for and do and didn't charge me anything. Very professional and kind. Will be taking truck there for sure for transmission upgrades when I need them done👍 thanks again

Bob originally told me that it would be a couple of days before they could get at my truck. When I mentioned that I was not driving it he said bring it in and maybe if someone gets time they could have a look. A few hours later he called with an estimate and the next day it was ready for pick-up. All done before the original time frame given and a reasonable price. Thanks guys

Acouple years ago CAA was...

Absolutely Nobody

Acouple years ago CAA was a pick and wouldn't tow my POS car to my apartment and I was strapped for cash so I asked them to drop my car in this guy's parking lot so I could push it to my place... he came out after hours and asked what I was doing... he was very cool about me dropping my car there. Glad to see he has a near perfect rating, others get way to involved.

I arrived about 15 minutes...

I arrived about 15 minutes early and they took my car in right a way. Service was approx 1hour. When I got the vehicle back, it was clean and ready to go. Employees were pleasant to deal with.
