I have had a few issues with my 03 Odyssey on recent years with the most recent being the Transmission slipping and having issues. The first time I went to the Owen Sound Mister Transmission they did a great job diagnosing and identifying a tough engine repair and giving me options so I went back. This time they did a great job giving me timely service with good options and a reasonable price. I got the Van back when it was expected (things did go wrong but they went above and beyond to deal with those issues) with lots of discussion about what I could do and even a quote that was bang on. I hate recommending them to friends because they might not have time for me if I do too much of it but every time someone asks me how the repair went or needs help in Owen Sound I automatically recommend the Owen Sound Mister Transmission.

I had a noisy whining...

I had a noisy whining noise coming from the drivetrain of my truck and needed to find a shop to inspect it promptly. I quickly found out that there were not many places I could go to in my area. One place suggested Mr Transmission would be a good place to get it looked at. I drove in spoke with the manager, Chris Guziak who had his employees take it for a test drive and then into the shop for inspection afterwards.It was discovered that it was a front differential spline bearing. I had recently purchased the truck which had an active warranty still on it. Chris promptly made out a repair estimate and with some patient negotiations with the warranty company finalized the coverage of the repair costs. Then settled on a date to get the parts & have the truck repaired. After leaving the the truck first thing in the morning, Chris sent me a message at 1:45pm to tell me the repairs had been completed! I was very pleased overall with their expedient, professional service. 🙂
