I have had a few issues with my 03 Odyssey on recent years with the most recent being the Transmission slipping and having issues. The first time I went to the Owen Sound Mister Transmission they did a great job diagnosing and identifying a tough engine repair and giving me options so I went back. This time they did a great job giving me timely service with good options and a reasonable price. I got the Van back when it was expected (things did go wrong but they went above and beyond to deal with those issues) with lots of discussion about what I could do and even a quote that was bang on. I hate recommending them to friends because they might not have time for me if I do too much of it but every time someone asks me how the repair went or needs help in Owen Sound I automatically recommend the Owen Sound Mister Transmission.

Chris in Owen Sound was very helpful in my decision making. Explained everything and the pricing too. Then even offered the (complimentary) use of a loaner car - which was so very helpful (in our complicated situation). The next day the total repair was completed, explained to me in understandable detail, and I was on my way...........now that's customer service !
