Jason and Steve were very helpful. They explained everything to me in detail. The dealership that I always take me van to couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, time and time again. After it finally got stick in 2nd gear and wouldn't get out, and the dealership still wouldn't do anything, I went else where and was advised to go to Mister Transmission. Best thing I ever did!! So happy to be back on the road and very grateful to Owen Sound Mister Transmission.

Excellent help! Chris had his guys test and inspect my transmission for free. Knowing that I preferred to save money by doing as much as possible myself, they gave me all sorts of advice, laying out the pros and cons for my choice. I trust these guys. I recommend this shop.

Then even offered the (complimentary) use of a loaner car - which was so very helpful (in our complicated situation). The next day the total repair was completed, explained to me in understandable detail, and I was on my way...........now that's customer service !
