My car broke down just after the holidays at a very stressful time. The folks at the Kingston Mister Transmission were great at explaining the problem simply for me and were in good contact during the repair. They definitely helped to reduce the stress and did a great job repairing the vehicle. I plan to switch mechanics and use their shop from now on.

The staff at the mr transmission in kingston were exceptional. Their positive attitudes at the counter made an unfortunate transmission failure a better experience. If i ever have another transmission issue, i will be seeing them for sure. Hopefully not soon!

I was satisfied with the guys at the Kingston location. They called and touched base with me before they went ahead and began the work It was a crappy time of year right before the Christmas holidays and I got my truck back before the new year. Just sucks that it happened when it did but not their fault.
