Spent more than planned due to more issues creeping up, but Kris and crew were great and talked me thru the process to make sure my car was everything it needed to be. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

The mechanics looked over my sons truck and ran diagnostics on my sons truck for no cost; then they took the time to give us numerous suggestions to stop the code being triggered on the computer. Excellent advice and saved us A LOT of issues, thus saving us money. My son needed to tweak a few things and keep moisture out to prevent a “big thing” from happening.. there’s more to it but the point is they went out of their way to explain and give helpful suggestions. Female staff member goes above and beyond for customer service, warm smile and welcoming demeanour and full of great information. Very helpful, informative, friendly staff .. again the services they shared were all free of charge just to help my son out. Above and beyond expectations!

The experts in the city if you need transmission work. They quoted me a very reasonable price and found the most cost effective solution that included a good warranty on parts and labour.

Integrity, honesty and taking responsibility above and beyond the call of duty. I can’t emphasize enough what a pleasure it was to deal with Chris and Dawn. A year ago, my transmission was shot and needed to be replaced. It’s an unusual model and Chris had to shop the country to find me a deal on a replacement. The work was excellent and completed quickly. While that was wonderful that’s not the reason I’m writing. Due to a quirk by the vehicle manufacturer, the transmission broke loose of the frame 10 months later. I was travelling on Vancouver Island, far away from the shop, or any Mr Transmission, and I was stuck. I called the shop and Chris utilized his connections on the island to take care of the whole issue. It took a while because of parts and scheduling but Chris replaced the entire transmission at no cost to me. This was one of those situations where everything was more expensive than the original job, and there was some wiggle room for a disreputable shop to deny responsibility. Not only did Chris take care of everything but he was so reassuring and helpful along the way. Dawn and Chris are genuine and wonderful people and I am so grateful to have met them.

I have been using Mr Transmission service for quite a few years in Winnipeg never got disappointed now also visited Mr here in Calgary yes there was a little mistake made on my transmission service but it can happen anywhere to anyone. They stand behind their work fixed the issue and compensated me for my lost time. Definitely recommend this place for your vehicle needs. I have 2018 F150 10 speed .

These guys were amazing. I had vehicle issues on my Grand Cherokee and was originally told by the dealership that my transmission was toast and needed to be replaced. Took it to Chris at Mr.transmission and after a week of having my vehicle and working endlessly trying to figure out the issue they deemed it was the spark plugs and had them replaced. Ever since then I have had 0 issues with my vehicle and they saved me from a pointless 11,000$ replacement that I didn't even need. Thanks so much again guys!
