    My transmission died while travelling...

    My transmission died while travelling through Calgary. Dawn and Kris were both very kind and helpful on short notice to make arrangements to look at the issue, even though they were clearly quite busy. Once I realized how extensive the damage was, I didn't feel rushed to make a decision, and they didn't charge me anything once I decided not to go ahead with the work. They made an incredibly stressful situation manageable to deal with. Thank you!

    My car was experiencing transmission issues, they diagnosed the problem for free, were honest and transparent about pricing and work needing to be done. I ended up not going through with the repairs, but if I need anything in the future I will absolutely be back!
