Chris was great! His price was better than a major dealership we had dealt with in the past, but the dealership's warranty was better. Chris matched the dealership's warranty at no extra charge. Parts had to be ordered in from the US and he still managed to get it done within a reasonable time frame. I would recommend them to friends and family for sure!

I appreciated that the quote process was free, and it was quick and easy to book my car in after quoting. Prices were reasonable and competitive. The job was done in a day, and everything was smooth and efficient. Special shoutout to the lovely receptionist who was dealing with and addressing multiple people speaking to her at once with professionalism and kindness, while managing the phone and taking my payment. Insane multitasking skills that I couldn’t even imagine having. She deserves a raise!

Brought in my 2014 F-150 with a transmission concern. Kris and the team were upfront about what was needed and what wasn't, and completed the repair cleanly and professionally. After 30+ days of varied driving including cold starts and extended sits, pulling trailer, city driving, the truck is shifting perfectly. Honest shop, fair price, no unnecessary upsells. Highly recommend Kris and the team at Mister Transmission. There is a reason this shop is so busy!
