Will I Receive a Written Estimate Before Any Work Is Done?

Written Estimates for Transmission Repair

Yes, at Mister Transmission Calgary, you will receive a written estimate before any transmission repair work begins. Transparency is a core part of the service process. After a complete evaluation and professional transmission service and repair assessment, technicians clearly outline the recommended repairs, associated costs, and expected timelines.

Accurate Estimates Based on Diagnostics

Written estimates are prepared only after thorough technical diagnostics are completed. This ensures the estimate reflects the actual condition of your transmission rather than assumptions. Whether your vehicle requires minor adjustments or more extensive transmission repair, the goal is to provide accurate pricing upfront.

Estimates for Transmission Rebuild Services

If a transmission rebuild is recommended, the written estimate will include a detailed explanation of the rebuild process, parts involved, labor requirements, and testing procedures. Rebuilds may vary based on transmission type, including automatic transmissions, manual transmissions, or CVT transmissions. Specialized systems, such as high-performance transmissions, may also require additional considerations.

No Work Without Your Approval

At Mister Transmission Calgary, no transmission repair or rebuild begins without your approval of the written estimate. This ensures you understand the scope of work, costs involved, and available options before any service is performed.

Why Written Estimates Matter

Providing clear written estimates builds trust, helps avoid unexpected costs, and allows you to make informed decisions about your vehicle’s transmission service.
