I spoke to the manager Brian at the location where my car was towed to. Brian listened to my concerns and was very upfront in telling me the steps involved in diagnosing the problem as well providing me with an estimated cost to repair. He kept me informed along the way as work was progressing. Provided an estimated time of repair completion which was met on time in fact earlier than stated. Felt we were treated right and fairly with our transmission troubles. Would recommend this location due to our positive experience

I've never written a Google...

I've never written a Google review before, but these guys are so awesome I have to praise them. I'm a university student from outside of the KW region, and I stopped in for a service with Chris in October. They told me to stop by if I needed anything in the future (another service, referral to another auto-shop for other issues, general questions) and so I stopped by today looking for a referral to someone that could fix my windshield wiper. Scott fixed it with no charge and put the problem into simple terms so I could understand the issue and know what to look out for in the future. When I was leaving, Scott said "You're a customer! We take care of you." I always leave this location with a smile, thank you!

I have been trying to get them to give me an estimate for over 6 weeks on my 2009 matrix Toyota knows this problem with the transmission in 2009 but won't admit it or. Recall them either I am revising my opinion.... Overworked Brian CAME THROUGH. FIXED MY TRANSMISSION--- my car hasn't run this well in 2 years. MANY THANKS Brian
