Fast, reliable service. Our 2016 Dodge caravan was stranded with a transmission failure on the side of the road and contacted these guys to get the vehicle there. They helped to arrange a tow truck. My vehicles’ transmission had to be replaced and vehicle was back on the road in 3 days as promised by these guys with a 3 year warranty. Great service, great warranty. Highly recommend these guys!

We had an intermittent problem that had taken months for our regular mechanic to even acknowledge, at which point he said we needed to take it to a transmission place. In contrast, I appreciated how carefully Gary from Mr. Transmission listened to my description of the problem, writing down all the details despite being busy. They helped me troubleshoot the problem -- a cooked "viscous coupler" (center differential) though they weren't comfortable tackling it themselves. I ended up taking it to a childhood friend of mine who gave it a shot and it's been working for months now without any trouble. Bottom line, I very much appreciated Gary's cooperation and trust working with me on this real head-scratcher!

Excellent service, great price, quick turn around time. Gary is the man! He was excellent explaining the issue sand work to be done and also gave ne a great price on premium breaks.

We took our vehicle in and had some difficulties with the repairs. However we give a 5 star rating for the effort of the team and owner. In the end we are pleased and our expectations were met. A big thanks to the staff and owner.

You have to drop many grands.....I suppose you must go here. Reliable and honest. But geeeeebus are they ever over priced!!!! No wonder they have their own loan company. 400$ for a transmission oil change, every 2 years?. Geezuz. May as well forego the oil changes and replace the transmission every 5 years!!

10/10 all around! Needed a CVT transmission replaced in my 2012 nissan versa and couldn't ask for a better person such as Gary to get the job done right. Keep up the great work 😀

Great people I took my classic car there and they have opened and did a diagnostic on the transmission. It turned out it needed a re-build. I could not effort it now so I told them I will come back later. Gary, after spending all that time on the car did not charge me anything. It is very refreshing to come accross a shop like this. Thank you!
