Brian did my internal mode switch replacement on my 2010 for less than half of what I was quoted at a dealership. This is the second time I have used them and have had great service both times.

Friendly Service quick service, but only got my car back today and there seems to be trouble with it already, called to talk to manager but the location closed at 4PM on a Friday (I knew that but I wanted to get the information down and explained to them before I forget it) so I left a message, hoping to hear from them soon.

Allied Harmony

Came in to get my van looked at, Gary took me in as a walk in and had me in within 20 mins, found the problem, which wasnt what i had thought and also allowed me to check out the issue they found while my van was hoisted up which was awesome, fixed the issue in less than 2 hours. He was very kind and helpful and explained how everything works and why it needed to be fixed and didnt try to shove extra stuff at me to cost me more money. Thanks Gary!

Fast, reliable service. Our 2016...

Fast, reliable service. Our 2016 Dodge caravan was stranded with a transmission failure on the side of the road and contacted these guys to get the vehicle there. They helped to arrange a tow truck. My vehicles’ transmission had to be replaced and vehicle was back on the road in 3 days as promised by these guys with a 3 year warranty. Great service, great warranty. Highly recommend these guys!

We had an intermittent problem...

We had an intermittent problem that had taken months for our regular mechanic to even acknowledge, at which point he said we needed to take it to a transmission place. In contrast, I appreciated how carefully Gary from Mr. Transmission listened to my description of the problem, writing down all the details despite being busy. They helped me troubleshoot the problem -- a cooked "viscous coupler" (center differential) though they weren't comfortable tackling it themselves. I ended up taking it to a childhood friend of mine who gave it a shot and it's been working for months now without any trouble. Bottom line, I very much appreciated Gary's cooperation and trust working with me on this real head-scratcher!
